William Fenney, MD
Medical Director
Dr. William Fenney brings decades of medical expertise, leadership, and dedication to the Laser Aesthetics team. A graduate of New York Medical College and the University of Guadalajara, he completed a Critical Care Fellowship in Boston and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Fenney is also certified in Laser Technology, combining a strong medical foundation with advanced knowledge of aesthetic medicine and laser treatments.
Since 1985, Dr. Fenney has proudly served the Cape Cod community, earning a reputation for exceptional patient care, professionalism, and integrity. His commitment to helping patients look and feel their best is reflected in every aspect of his work.
As Medical Director, Dr. Fenney is on-site daily, providing medical oversight, patient consultations, and clinical support to both clients and staff. His consistent presence ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, and personalized care across all treatments and services.
With extensive experience and a patient-first approach, Dr. Fenney plays an integral role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals with confidence.
Cheryl Heinzmann, RN
Medical Aesthetic Nurse | Master Injector | Laser & Skincare Specialist
Cheryl Heinzmann is a highly experienced Medical Aesthetic Nurse, laser specialist, and skincare expert with more than 20 years of hands-on experience helping clients look and feel their best. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Connecticut and completed her Skin and Aesthetic Certification through Spa Tech Institute’s School of Aesthetics.
Recognized for her expertise in cosmetic injectables, Cheryl is a Master Injector certified by Allergan Aesthetics and has received advanced training from some of the most respected leaders in aesthetic medicine, including Dr. Mauricio de Maio, Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Debra Sherman, and Dr. John Fezza. Her extensive education also includes advanced training through Allergan, Galderma, Merz Aesthetics, Esthetic Skin Institute, Aesthetic Advancements, and P.A.L.E.T.T.E.
In addition to injectable treatments, Cheryl holds Advanced CoolSculpting Certification and Laser Therapy Certifications from Cutera and Cynosure. Her comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, skin health, and aesthetic treatments allows her to create customized treatment plans that deliver natural-looking, beautiful results.
Known for her artistic eye and attention to detail, Cheryl is often compared to a sculptor by her clients. She combines clinical expertise with artistry to enhance each client’s natural features while maintaining facial balance and harmony.

Jennifer Bishop, LE
Medical Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician
With over 15 years of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments, Jennifer Bishop is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant, and confident skin. As a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician, she combines clinical expertise with a personalized approach to deliver exceptional results.
Jennifer specializes in a wide range of innovative treatments, including Intense pulsed light laser, laser hair removal, RF microneedling, chemical peels, HydraFacial®, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and body contouring. Her extensive knowledge of medical-grade skincare, including SkinMedica® and Revision Skincare®, allows her to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Jennifer is passionate about educating and empowering her clients throughout their skincare journey. Whether addressing concerns such as aging, pigmentation, acne, or overall skin health, she is committed to helping every patient achieve beautiful, lasting results.

Alonna Radivojevic
Reception, Sales & Digital Marketing
Alonna Radivojevic has been a valued member of the Laser Aesthetics team since July 2026, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry to her role. Working in reception, sales, and digital marketing, she enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel welcomed and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
Originally from Marco Island, Florida, Alonna later moved to Cape Cod, where she graduated from Barnstable High School. Her love for beauty, skincare, and client care makes her an important part of the Laser Aesthetics experience, both in person and online.
Outside of the spa, Alonna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their beloved cat, Daisy. Her warm personality and dedication to exceptional customer service help create a positive and inviting experience for every client who walks through our doors.
